Tips from the Dietitian
Kellie Glass graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and completed the requirements later that same year to become a registered dietitian. In 2003, Kellie and her business partner opened NutriSense Nutrition Consulting, LLC, a consulting company based in Ashland, KY. Kellie has worked for Hospice of Huntington since 2006. She helps to develop strategies to resolve nutritional issues that can affect quality of life. Kellie also works with the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House chef to develop attractive, flavorful menus. Kellie is currently licensed to practice dietetics in West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky.
